We are a group of five women who are just like you—daughters, mothers, sisters, professional women, stay at home wives, singles, mentors, healers, coaches, and beloved children of God. One or more of us has likely experienced the same painful, limiting situations you have experienced or are currently experiencing. We know what it is like to feel unfocused, lost, anxious, hopeless, and overwhelmed.

For the past 20 plus years we have each been on our own conscious spiritual journeys where we continue to learn to transcend our obstacles to peace and incorporate ever more joy, meaning and satisfaction into our daily lives. Having learned some profoundly beneficial tools that yield spiritual and emotional freedom and empowerment, we’ve made it our mission to share what we’ve learned in order to assist and uplift other women. Because when you empower women you empower the world!

It’s our sincere hope that our retreats be a time of respite and inspiration. We hope that you will  become empowered to live your life with more joy and fulfillment and we’ll be providing you with tangible spiritual and emotional tools that can facilitate significant growth and transformation. AMY EGAN

Amy Egan is a Parenting and Life Coach. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she earned a degree from the teachers college. She has been trained by the authors of the Love and Logic Parenting Program in Colorado and certified by Coach Training Alliance. Amy is the co-founder, along with fellow life coach, Robin Knuuttila, of the Inner Evolution Life Coaching Groups for Women. Amy’s greatest passions are helping parents find joy in parenting and assisting women on their journey to inner peace.  She coaches one to one, speaks publicly and hosts group events regularly. KATHY WALDEN

Kathy Walden has a special talent for getting ideas off the ground.  She feels and follows her inner nudges to transform things that already exist or to implement something completely new; and then she draws in others to help make them happen.  She has been a leader in her church and has worked with youth as a facilitator and mentor for over 7 years.  She has led large youth groups on mission trips in the Navajo Nation in New Mexico and an AIDS camp in the Bahamas.  Her love is guiding teen girls and young adult women in their journey towards self-confidence.  She knows that building that self-confidence will make it possible for them to listen to and trust their inner voices to make important decisions that will steer them in the right direction.  She is a photographer and enjoys taking senior, family and party pictures, as well as creating her own contemporary art through her photography.  In addition, Kathy continues studying ancient and current faith traditions and spirituality.  She is thrilled to be working with women who want to open their hearts and lives through their own spiritual journey.

NANCY CECCO

ROBIN KNUUTTILA

Professional Life and Career Coach Robin Knuuttila is the President of Career Focus, Inc. and the owner of Soul Strategies Life Coaching.
